Thermomix USA has partnered with Extend, a leader in the extended warranty business, to offer customers the opportunity to protect their TM6™ after their Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty expires. The protection plan begins when your Manufacturer’s Limited Warranty on the TM6™ ends and protects against mechanical or electrical breakdown, including those experienced during normal wear and tear as well as those caused by a direct result of a power surge. The plan does not cover accidental damage. In the event of a replacement, you will receive a new TM6™ with all included accessories. For Customers who purchased a TM6™ without the protection plan (either prior to 6/23/2021 or after 6/23/2021), you should have received an email from Thermomix USA with more information about the protection plan and a link directing you to the eShop for purchase.
