If you are not completely satisfied with your Thermomix® purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery. This policy applies to any and all products sold via shop.thermomix.com. Return policies from any external online or retail stores will not be accepted. We highly encourage any customer who purchases the Thermomix® to book a cooking experience to take advantage of the personalized service we offer by booking a cooking experience HERE and use the Thermomix® for yourself. If you feel the Thermomix® is not for you at this time, please contact customer service.
