In most cases, orders cannot be modified after being placed. Please call Customer Service during business hours at 888-867-9375, Monday through Friday 7am-7pm PST Saturday 7am-3:30pm PST.
- If the order has been shipped, but not delivered, you can choose to "refuse" the items upon delivery by UPS. Then, contact Thermomix® Customer Service to notify us of your decision to return.
- Your items will then be returned to us. Upon arrival at our facility, we will process a refund for the amount of the items returned per our return policy.
- If the order has already been delivered, contact Customer Service and request to initiate an order return.
- If the package will be delivered to an incorrect address, it will be returned to us as "undeliverable." Upon arrival to our facility, we will begin the return process for order. You will need to place a new order.
- In some cases, you may contact UPS to arrange delivery to a different address. Please have your UPS tracking number available when calling, found in your Thermomix® shipment confirmation email.
