Most orders are delivered within five to seven business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, and delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier conditions, and the shipping method selected. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking link will provide the most current estimated delivery date for your order.
Shipping costs
• Thermomix® TM7™ orders: Every Thermomix® TM7™ order ships free with standard ground shipping.
• Other orders: Standard ground shipping is free on all orders of $149 or more, before taxes. For orders under
$149, the shipping cost is based on your order’s weight and delivery address and is shown at checkout before you pay.
• Expedited shipping: Need it sooner? Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost, based on your order’s weight and delivery address. Your estimated delivery date and exact price are shown at checkout. Expedited shipping is not available to Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Hawaii, or Alaska.
