My VC100 cordless vacuum cleaner isn’t charging and the function indicator is off.

Please make sure that the main charger, charging unit, and cordless vacuum cleaner are all connected and that the main charger is plugged into a working socket.
If it still doesn’t charge up, then please contact customer service.
