What is Guest Checkout?
Guest Checkout is a feature that allows you to place an order on our website without creating or logging into a Thermomix account. It is designed to make the checkout process faster and more convenient, especially if you prefer not to set up an account at the time of purchase.
The order is still fully processed and recorded in our system. The only difference is that you will not have login access to view your order history unless you choose to create an account later.
Do I need a Thermomix account to make a purchase?
No. You can complete your purchase using Guest Checkout without registering for an account.
What information do I need to provide when checking out as a guest?
You will still need to provide all standard purchase information, including shipping details, billing details, and payment information.
The only required contact field specific to Guest Checkout is your email address, which we use to send order updates and confirmations.
Will I receive order confirmation and shipping updates?
Yes. Once your order is placed, you will receive automated emails that include your order confirmation, shipping confirmation, and tracking information. These communications are sent to the email address you entered at checkout.
If you do not see these emails, we recommend checking your spam or junk folder.
Can I create an account after placing a Guest Checkout order?
Yes, you can create a Thermomix account at any time after your purchase.
To do so, simply register using the same email address you used during checkout. Once your account is created, all orders associated with that email address will automatically appear in your order history.
There is no time limit for completing this step.
Can I connect my Guest Checkout purchase to my Thermomix account later?
Yes. As long as you register your account using the same email address used to place the order, your purchase will automatically link to your account.
If I know a Consultant, can they receive credit for my Guest Checkout purchase?
Yes. You can still use a Consultant’s link when checking out as a guest.
If the purchase was not linked at checkout, Customer Happiness can assist with assigning the order to the appropriate Consultant after purchase.
Can my purchase count toward a Consultant’s Earning Program?
Yes. Guest Checkout purchases are fully eligible to be credited toward a Consultant’s Earning Program. If you need assistance linking your order, please contact Customer Happiness for support.
Am I eligible for promotions or referral bonuses with Guest Checkout?
You may opt in to receive promotional emails and marketing offers at checkout.
However, referral credits and loyalty program points require a registered account. To become eligible, you must create an account using the same email address used at purchase.
Are warranty and support services the same for Guest Checkout orders?
Yes. All warranty coverage, technical support, and service processes remain exactly the same whether you checked out as a guest or through an account.
Your purchase record is securely stored in our system and can be accessed by our support teams if needed.
How do I return or exchange an item purchased through Guest Checkout?
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact Customer Happiness and provide:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
Our team will locate your order and guide you through the next steps.
Will I be able to see my order history as a guest?
No. Guest Checkout does not provide login access or an order history portal.
If you would like to view your orders online, you can create an account using the same email address used for your purchase. Once registered, your previous orders will automatically appear.
Is my information secure when using Guest Checkout?
Yes. Guest Checkout transactions are processed through Shopify’s secure and encrypted payment systems. Your personal and payment information is protected using the same security standards applied to registered account purchases.
