This article covers various common questions about the functionality and usage of the TM7, such as how to activate different modes, troubleshoot issues and understand available features. It provides helpful insights on offline mode availability, Turbo and Dough modes, as well as how to handle specific cooking scenarios, like chopping ingredients and keeping food warm.
Which modes and recipes are available in offline mode?
TM7 download recipes, which are planned in the weekly planner or maintained in custom lists are available offline.
Guided Cooking and Manual Cooking are always possible offline. Online driven content like mode tips, tutorials, demo recipes for advisors, recommendations etc. are not available offline.
Why won't Turbo mode activate?
Turbo mode is disabled when the mixing bowl temperature exceeds 60°C.
Why doesn't the TM heat when in dough mode?
Dough mode only activates if the mixing bowl is below 60°C; if it's above, the mode won't start, and you'll see an error message.
Why might the TM chop ingredients too much or not sufficiently?
If it is too much, reduce the speed or use the 'reverse blade' function for less fine chopping. Or, try increasing the speed to achieve the desired consistency.
Why does the cooling down time also appear with cold food?
This is for safety, allowing the food to stop rotating inside the bowl. It's not safe to disrupt the cooling down period due to safety.
I accidentally opened a menu by pressing on the Display. What is this menu?
The menu is designed for demonstration purposes for advisors. To exit, scroll down the display on the right-hand side until you reach the end and press "End Demo." If not closed, the advisor space icon will stay visible in the menu and will only disappear when this section is properly exited by pressing the "End Demo" button.
