The new Thermomix® TM7™ is truly next-level. It’s the result of over 50 years of engineering and culinary expertise, and it shows. The sleek black design isn’t just beautiful, it’s functional, with a scratch-resistant, insulated mixing bowl featuring a stunning plissé pattern for quieter cooking.
The 10-inch touchscreen is a game-changer, replacing the rotary knob and giving you full control with a swipe or tap, just like your smartphone. It’s fully integrated with Cookidoo®, letting you explore, plan, and cook all in one place. Plus, you can personalize the home screen to fit your style and cooking routine.
One of the most exciting additions is Open Cooking mode. This lets you cook at up to 212°F without the blade rotating, perfect for delicate ingredients like meatballs or seafood. You can even stir manually and add ingredients without stopping the process.
At the heart of it all is a powerful, ultra-quiet motor developed in Vorwerk Group’s Wuppertal-Laaken facility in Germany. It handles everything from gentle stirring to turbo chopping with unmatched precision. Whether you’re simmering sauces or blending nuts, this machine is designed to meet you where you are — and elevate every dish.
2. What modes are available on the new Thermomix® TM7™?
The TM7™ comes packed with over 20 cooking modes, including favorites like Manual Mode, Steaming, Dough, Sous-vide, Slow Cook, and Pre-clean. You’ll also find exciting additions like Open Cooking and two types of Browning—perfect for bold flavors and beautiful sears. Some modes, like Peeler, Grating, Slicing, Spiralizing, and Thermomix® Sensor, require special accessories. And for those with a sweet tooth, Sugar Stages is available exclusively in Guided Cooking to help you achieve perfect caramel every time.

4. When will the TM7™ be released and where do I place my order?
Consultants who sign up and place their down payment between August 18th - 29th will begin receiving their Thermomix® TM7™ in September. Customer sales officially open on September 2nd, with shipments starting in October.
You can place your pre-order via a consultant’s personal link or via eShop at thermomix.com. Either way, it’s first-come, first-served, and with high demand, we recommend pre-ordering as soon as possible. Pre-orders will ship within 30 days of purchase.
5. Will I still be able to purchase a Thermomix® TM6® after TM7™ is open for pre-ordering?
Unfortunately, the TM6® will no longer be available for purchase after August 31st, 2025. If you're considering the TM6®, now is the time to place your order before it’s officially retired from our lineup.
6. How does the pre-order process work?
Pre-ordering your Thermomix® TM7™ is a breeze. Just head to thermomix.com, select your Thermomix® in the eShop, and follow the prompts to check out. You’ll receive a confirmation email that your order has been processed.

8. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, Thermomix® gift cards, and financing through Bread and Affirm.
9. When do I need to pay?
Full payment is required at checkout to secure your pre-order. It's quick, secure, and confirms your spot in the delivery queue. If you choose to pay with the financing option, please refer to the terms of your financing agreement.
10. Is there an option for installment payments?
Yes! We offer interest-bearing financing through Bread and Affirm. Your Thermomix® consultant can help you get started with the process if you'd like to spread out your payments.
11. When can I expect shipments to start? Additionally, how long does it take my thermomix to deliver?
For new consultant or earning program orders, deliveries begin in September. For customer pre-orders, shipping begins in October.
Local delivery time depends on your location and the volume of pre-orders in your region. On average, once shipped, your pre-order should arrive in 2–5 business days. To stay up to date, check the delivery timeline on TM7-Updates.
12. How can I track the status of my pre-order?
After your pre-order is confirmed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. You can also follow general updates on our product page: TM7-Updates. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll notify you directly.
13. How will I get the updates for the TM7™ , on the website or individual emails?
We’ll send important updates straight to your inbox. And for added convenience, we keep our product landing page updated with the latest news as well.
14. Can I change my shipping address after placing the pre-order?
Yes! As long as your pre-order hasn’t shipped and the revised address is within the same state and same city, we can update the shipping address. Just email service@thermomix.us and we’ll make the change for you.
15. What is the cancellation policy for pre-orders? Is there a refund policy if I change my mind about the TM7™?
You’re welcome to cancel your pre-order any time before it ships for a full refund. To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible, please email our Customer Happiness Team at service@thermomix.us with the subject line: “Cancellation of TM7™ Pre-order.”
If your pre-order has already shipped, you can still receive a full refund by returning the package unopened. Just reach out to us at the same email address so we can guide you through the return process smoothly. We're here to help every step of the way.
