- Be sure to create your Cookidoo® account on Cookidoo.thermomix.com or Via the Cookidoo® App. (you might refer to How do I create a Cookidoo® account?) Please note, your account needs to be registered to the country you live in due to data privacy laws.
- After your Cookidoo account is activated, login your Cookidoo account on your new TM6™ or TM7™.
For TM7™
1. After unboxing and setting up your new TM7™, you will see a notification "3-month Cookidoo subscription for free!" on your Thermomix.
2. If you are a new TM7 and Cookidoo user, click on the green button "Activate free subscription". Then tap "Extend free trial" if you are an existing Cookidoo user; or "Activate free trial" if you are new Cookidoo user.
3. You will be guided through the subscription process and enter payment details after you scan the QR code.
The first payment is only due after the end of the trial expiration. You will receive a payment notification 30 days prior the first payment. Subscriptions can be canceled anytime before the first payment.
4. Confirm the subscription and retrieve the device trial.
5. Once confirmed, logged in your TM7™ will automatically sync to your Cookidoo® account and you will see your membership has been extended by 3 months!
For TM6™
1. After unboxing and setting up your new TM6, you will see a notification "Start your 3-month Cookidoo® free trial!" on your Thermomix.
2. If you are a new TM6 and Cookidoo user, click on the notification and scan the QR code with your mobile phone.
3. You will be guided through the subscription process and enter payment details. The first payment is only due after the end of the trial expiration.

If you are an existing Cookidoo user, click on the notification and press the green button "Start Free 3 Months" to activate the 3-month free membership. Your account expiration or next payment date is shifted by 3 months.
For Cook-key®
- Log into your account at Cookidoo.thermomix.com
- Click your name in the upper right-hand corner and proceed to your account
- Click on My Devices
- Click Add Device
- Select Cook-Key
- Add your Cook-key ID (this can be found on the back of the Cook-key or on the packaging)
