Most orders are delivered within three to five business days. Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, and delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier conditions, and the shipping method selected. Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. The tracking link will provide the most current estimated delivery date for your order.
Shipping costs
- Thermomix® TM7™ orders: Free shipping is available when you order a Thermomix®.
- Other orders: Accessory orders over $149 before taxes qualify for free shipping.
- Expedited shipping: The cost is calculated based on the order’s weight and delivery location. The estimated delivery time and shipping cost will be shown at checkout.
For an expedited TM7™ order placed through a Consultant’s link, a $99 shipping discount will be applied.
