Thermomix® is required to collect sales tax in accordance to a specific state’s law when it has what is called a “sufficient physical presence” due to, but not limited by, any of the following: temporary or active employees/consultants in a specific state, a physical office or storage facility in a specific state, and/or certain types of sales advertising.
