In order to process this request, we will need you to add your current billing address to your Cookidoo® account. You can do this by logging into Cookidoo® then navigating to "Account" then click "Subscribe". You will see a message about the yearly subscription price of Cookidoo® simply click "Continue" to enter the address details. Once the address details are added just click "Continue". Next, you will be asked to enter a card for payment, this is not necessary, simply exit the page or click the green "Thermomix®" logo to return to the home page.
After this is completed please call our customer service team at 1-888-867-9375 or email them at service@thermomix.us. Our customer service team will need to verify the email you used for your Cookidoo® account and your current billing address to process this request.
